I thought I heard something

by John on August 3, 2009

Taxiing down the tarmac, a DC-10 abruptly stopped, turned around and returned to the gate. After an hour-long wait, it finally took off.

A concerned passenger asked the flight attendant, "What, exactly, was the problem?"

"The pilot was bothered by a noise he heard in the engine," explained the flight attendant. "It took us a while to find a new pilot."

Great blog mate.
It is the first time I have stumbled accross your blog. I am always impressed when humour combined into a aviation related blog.
When one first starts hearing a strange noise comming from the engine…ignore it, it may fix itself…..

I decided to create a link to your blog from mine.

Enjoy
