A Washington Post reporter was on board a vintage 1942 biplane when it flipped during a landing at Washington DC’s Reagan National Airport – and it was all caught on video by both him and a bystander. Luckily, no-one was hurt in the accident and there is no word on its exact cause, other than the incident happened after the brakes were applied.
The biplane was the second of eight aircraft to land at National Airport as part of a Smithsonian Air & Space Museum promotion for the new IMAX film, Legends of Flight.
